Cottonwood Airport & Expo Hotel Louisville

Location and indoor pool.

There was a 4 hour delay getting checked in. Once checked in I was given another room. Instead of accommodating me quickly like the lady did two men who came with issues after me, I had to wait an additional 45 minutes which is crazy and I had my kids with me.

The staff was welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and the whole hotel smelled nice.

The breakfast could have been better.

Nice place and located near our travel route.

The bathroom was tiny. Hardly enough room to close the door without hitting the toilet.

Nice hotel, very comfortable and clean.

Had a friend of mine reserved a room at the hotel after I already checked in. Asked the clerk if I could change my room so we could have a joining rooms. She refused saying it was against their policy to change rooms after I had already checked in. Very disappointed. Also there was a family reunion at the hotel. They completely trashed the place throwing plates full of food all over the sidewalk and parking lot. Also a bad fight broke out in the middle of the night between a couple of the family reunion guests right down the hall from our rooms, very scary scene. I asked the clerk at the front desk if he could do anything for us for the inconvenience and of course he said no. They do not take care of their guests. Very disappointed.

The staff all around are friendly, super polite, and deliver great service.

beautiful hotel, they had a great breakfast selection and very friendly staff, I would definitely recommend to anybody

the only thing i didn't like was they held my whole deposit for 1 my dew i bought on my rooms tab and they don't have vending machines

I was discriminated against both me & my guestWe tried to enter the laundry room with our keys several timesThe front desk agent exchanged keys several times Only to get frustrated at our attempts to wash clothesHe then turned around and said the battery didn’t workWe then sat in the lobby for a hour awaiting it to workOnly to see him ignore us as a white woman went and had no problem with her keyHe never acknowledged usMind yo he was the same front desk who see is go in priorTo check out the payment if the washers & dryersHe overheard us say that We’ll be right backAfter we go to purchase laundry detergent As the laundry room was opened I feel he deliberately locked us outFor he seen us sitting in the lobby awaiting entry Only to see him allow her to go in and wash insteadRacism at it’s finestYet never again

Good price point & location. Staff was friendly. Room was very clean.

Outlets next to window side of the bed were non- functional.
