- The location, it is located right on the beach and within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Also, many great hotel amenities, such as a pool, starbucks, free parking, and 2 other restaurants.

- Friendly staff, location, nice clean rooms, Starbucks options with order ahead option
Cons -
- The rooms/hotel is a little outdated and could have been cleaner. The restaurant/bar closes early and we would have enjoyed cocktails after 9pm. Also, no room service.
- Our room was not swept properly upon arrival. Debris on floor. However, staff fixed issue immediately
- Only one elevator working, uncomfortable beds
