Pool wasn’t heated as advertised. One rude waitress in Pinkys at dinner served cold sauce.

Only 1 elevator when I arrived on Tuesday, but hotel employee was on top of it had the parts ordered and it was fixed on Thursday.

The odorizer in the lobby is too strong. Odors are triggers for migraine headaches for many people. I had a migraine that lingered for several days due to that smell. It was not good for me

The toilet was low and it was hard to flush the toilet because the handle was too close to the shower. And the bed was too high. I couldn't get into it and I would have to fall out of it to get to the ground.

One night staff forgot left music playing and night shift didn’t know how to turn it off. Music kept me up all night.

Location, that is the only thing the hotel has going for it.

Rooms are subpar at best for what you pay per night. Cheaply remodeled old hotel, plain and simple. Water stains all over the ceiling, cheap beat up furniture, don’t get me started on the bathroom.

yeah the room i was given looked like my room for Dayton Beach during spring break in college. rust, mold, and wear throughout the room with the table and lamp looking like it'd been thrown across the room repeatedly. bathroom had visible rust and mold.

Location and staff friendliness

One of the elevators was not operating Thursday a.m. We were on the 9th floor - guests and cleaning services were all waiting on the same one elevator. It took 10 to 15 minutes to get to the 1st floor and even longer trying to get up to the room.

The location, it is located right on the beach and within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Also, many great hotel amenities, such as a pool, starbucks, free parking, and 2 other restaurants.

The rooms/hotel is a little outdated and could have been cleaner. The restaurant/bar closes early and we would have enjoyed cocktails after 9pm. Also, no room service.

Our room was not swept properly upon arrival. Debris on floor. However, staff fixed issue immediately

Bathroom/tub/shower needs a little TLC but overall the room was great with an exceptional view!

Incredibly attentive staff...excellent customer service. Restaurant was awesome. Great Bar tenders

Location and the ?funky? decor. Hotel employee goes out of his way to greet guests.

Diviner menu limited. But I understand as there are so many other local choices. Important to promote the downtown scene.
