Crowne Plaza Atlanta Perimeter at Ravinia By IHG

I enjoyed the heated swimming pool. Wonderful for my visiting grandchildren. The outdoor gardens are spectacular for a hotel in a suburban environment. The restaurant is reasonably priced and the menu is excellent. The bed is extremely comfortable.

The room furniture is a little awkward. Not really comfortable.

The staff was friendly and always accomodating. It was beautifully decorated as it was the week of Christmas. The rooms were clean and had shampoo, body wash and conditioner, hand soap and lotion. It was in a great location next to many great places to eat and a mall. It also has its own restaurant and bar, as well as a place to get light snacks. There was a courtesy shuttle that would bring you anywhere within a 2 mile radius, which had everything you could ever want. There was also a workout center with bikes, elipticals, treadmills , free weights, and some machines for lifting. There was a indoor pool as well.

Not much to say here. Maybe they could of had another micowave as there was one close to the lobby to heat leftovers. There was also a fridge in the room which was nice as well.

The hotel has everything needed, where you do not even have to leave; restaurants, bars, pool, gym, outside of the rear of the hotel is very nice for walks and scenery.

The events held at the hotel, causing a problem with parking which you are already paying for.

The beds were top tier, very comfortable.. Breakfast was amazing, the room was very clean & meet my expectations. Overall I enjoyed my stay & will definitely book with this hotel again

The staff was pleasent, knowledgeable, respectful, and helpful. I'm impressed with the people they've chosen to represent their brand.

The hotel has a restaurant inside the hotel......I have never in 45+ years had worse food. Don't waste your time or money.

Our sink had some issues with leaking

I loved the location and proximity to excellent restaurants and shops. Also, that housekeeping cleans the room every day- even after 12pm when I finally left the room!

The shower head in the shower stall had a slow leak and kept dripping. Outside of that tho, everything was excellent.

Perfect location, extremely clean, and nice amenities and dining.

The location is great, close to the mall, restaurants and other shopping centers.

I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the room, the nightstand was dirty, and the bathroom tub can use an upgrade, the bottom of the tub was peeling up. The staff was also slow to respond to requests, did not answer the phone, I had to go downstairs every time I needed extra wash cloths or anything. And the TV connection for Apps like Netflix didn’t work the entire stay, the IT support wasn’t able to fix it, neither the IT support team over the phone(who I was on with for at least an hour).

The room was beautiful, spacious and clean. The location is perfect with awesome scenery. The staff was very pleasant and I definitely would stay here again!

Wven though there is a nice resturant at the location i do feel like there could be complimentary breakfast offered as well.
