Guest Rating
Very Good
Pros +
- The staff was very nice. The facility was very clean, the pool was nice but since we were their for the beach we lived the access to the beach from the hotel. Breakfast was ok. We plan to come back and stay there each time we visit.
- Loved the pool & hot tub, the proximity to the beach, the location, the surrounding nature and pretty much everything about Jekyll Island.
- Friendly staff. Very clean
Cons -
- It's not that I didn't like it, but the fridge could be cooler for people with meds that need to stay cold. The electricity went out. But when we came back from the beach it was fixed.
- Wish the pool had longer hours, should be open until at least 11 pm, especialy as thunderstorms frequently cause loss of late afternoon/early evening time. An “adults only” time or better yet an “adults only” hot tub would be great additions!
- No ocean view from top view rooms. Perfectly nice rooms-Just realize no ocean view.
