- It's clean, location is great, close to downtown.
- Good location. Friendly staff. Clean enough.
- It was clean & breakfast was maybe the best "free" breakfast I've ever had at a hotel.
Cons -
- The policy of providing room service after 2 days of stay
- It was noisy. Easily heard people in the hall and easily heard people in the next room. The bed was uncomfortable. Very saggy mattress. It was better than sleeping in a chair because you could lay flat.
- Time for a remodel. Someone hit my rental car during the night in the parking lot, but that's not the hotel's fault. (Hit & run)

My stay at the Holiday Inn Downtown Concord, was a pleasant experience and this is my 2nd time staying there and I loved it.
