Hilton Garden Inn Panama City

I loved the room because it helped with multiple issues ensuring a pleasant stay.

The elevators both made noises which made my whole family nervous. We understand about wear and tear and weight issues but the sounds were not just bothering my family; other guests made jokes about it and we made multiple trips. It works; just noisy.

I like the cleaning of the room and front desk smile and welcome to the guest and the housekeeper was so helpful and nice.

Godo Hotel. Single EV charger on the side kind of hidden, but it does work.

Staff at front desk as well as Tesla/EVs complementary charging. Convenient short drive to everything in town.

No free breakfast

Location of hotel. Everything needed for business trip within 10 minutes.

Particular room. Beside loud elevator. Shower & hotel floor had quite a bit of hair left behind.

Everything was clean, well kept, and very nice. The lady behind the desk was so kind and friendly. Everything about this place made it feel like a home. We will absolutely be staying here again.

Had a wonderful stay. Was close to everything while still having a bit of privacy.

It is very close to Downtown Panama City, the staff was so wonderful, always with a smile on their faces. Keep up the good work. Really enjoyed speaking with the bartender, she was awesome!

The only complaint I had was my bed smelled like a man, so the housekeeping management came and changed out my entire bed. So I go a good night's sleep.

Staff, Sophia was very pleasant, and friendly. The front desk staff also was friendly and professional. Sorry I don¿t remember their names

The location was very close to the railroad and was noisy. You could hear the other guests alarms going off in the morning as well as everyone else¿s doors shutting. We had to be Honors members to have free WiFi. That was unacceptable.

Clean room initially. No maid service while we were there. Had to hunt down extra towels. Staff on Sunday was great. Not so much Monday and definitely NOT on Tuesday.

Breakfast was disjointed on Tuesday. We were take good care of on Monday but they changed the rules for Tuesday and it was terrible. Never did get any breakfast, had to catch a flight but we waited for over 45 minutes to get their act together

Toilet did not flush properly even after having it looked at by employees/maintenance twice.

The hospitality. We had an issue with a suspicious guest & the manager handled it very professionally and eased our minds - then the nigh staff and staff the next day was very understanding when we had to check our late when we got stuck in traffic

Drains in bathrooms was not maintained and backed up. Had to change rooms and that rooms drain inn the sink backed up also.

Friendliness of the staff, clean rooms and the Food was amazing!
