Not so many positive things to say about my stay, ever the parking was an unpleasant experience.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was unacceptable. The shower had women’s hair all over it, and the shampoo and soap dispensers were hanging loosely from the wall with exposed screws — a clear safety hazard. The bed had dry blood stains and women’s hair, which I unfortunately discovered in the morning after sleeping on it.The staff was unhelpful and unprofessional, showing little concern when I mentioned the issues. Breakfast took nearly an hour to be served, even though there were very few options available.Overall, this hotel completely failed to meet even basic hygiene and service standards. I would not recommend it to anyone until serious improvements are made.
