The housekeeping staff. Professional. Helpful.

Located in the centre of major highways. Not close to a shopping area.

Lots of things were great - location, attentiveness of the staff, food and beverages, well-appointed and clean room, and hotel employee at check-in.

The bathrooms could use some upgrading. The toilets are too low. We need a magnifying mirror for putting on makeup. It would be better to have a walk-in shower, instead of a bathtub. These things would work better for people attending conferences.

The location

The asian or chinese guy tried to steal extra money from my card. I paid for two deluxe king rooms I was given 1 double bed room and 1 king deluxe room that was unacceptable I didnt get what I paid for with my money

We paid for parking

I paid for breakfast 4 people, they tell me only for 3 people.

Parking was terrible which was an added fee and the spots were so tight and the parking lot was full of people hanging out . The rooms were so basic and outdated expected more from a Hilton . The staff was not helpful when expressing our experience

Spacious

Carpet needs cleaned/updated. Wallpaper had some stains on it behind the beds. Beds were to soft.

The bed was comfotable.

Only 2 bath towels in the bathroom. No hand towels or wash clothes. The bathroom by the pool was nasty and dark. Literally no lights by the toilets. Had to use a flashlight and then you could see nasty stuff splattered on the wall. Clean tiles were nasty

Customer service was bad. They didnt have room i booked in advance available and gave us room on 15th floor with incorrect key cards causing us to have to go all the way back down for correction. Room was dusty and bathtub had rust and we had a newborn.

The room has poor lighting and when I called the front desk they told me I would get a lamp And the lamp never made it to my room.

Ruined my sister's wedding night! I booked a governor's suite 10 months in advance. My sister arrived on her wedding night and the hotel tells her that a sales supervisor had downgraded her to a junior suite.

Pool, bed , cleanness parking

Not enough amenities shampoo conditioner for three night of stay

I didn?t like anything about this hotel. The Jacuzzi was out of service. The room service was horrible. Requested my room to be cleaned and fresh towels, and that did not happen.

First of all, they did not have the room that we had booked. So they gave us a different room. Each time I called room service for something I was put on hold for five minutes. Then when someone finally answered, they still never fulfilled my request.

Convenient, quietand well run.

The staff are wonderful. The front desk are the kindest ladies. The server and bartender is friendly, professional, and provided excellent service. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable.

Hot tub is broken.

Hot tube broken. Stayed multiple times still broken. Shower drains really slow called front desk. Still ran slow.. hot in the room

The reception was pretty during Christmas

No fridge, no microwave, we couldn't control the temperature.

Only location

Room temperature was 80 and I called room service to fix but nobody answered and room was not that clean

Staff were nice

This hotel needs a facelift Everything is breaking or falling apart! Nothing is comparison to other Hilton hotels. The condition on the hotel is horrible. Pool was so cold and looked like a swamp & the hot tub was emptied the entire time. (Which is sad)

At 8pm, Front desk gentleman gave us keys to an occupied room. We were shocked to find people in the room, clothes on the bed and immediately closed the door. Front desk was remarkably unapologetic and said almost nothing when giving us new set of keys.

The attractive waterfall. Several elevators.

Front desk staff not overly friend. There is no parking against the hotel building property. A separate parking building yards away at $18. fee. The hotel does not offer free breakfast nor all day complimentary coffee. Noisy teens running amok.
