- I didn?t like anything about this hotel. The Jacuzzi was out of service. The room service was horrible. Requested my room to be cleaned and fresh towels, and that did not happen.
- Convenient, quietand well run.
Cons -
- The hot tub not working
- Ruined my sister's wedding night! I booked a governor's suite 10 months in advance. My sister arrived on her wedding night and the hotel tells her that a sales supervisor had downgraded her to a junior suite.
- First of all, they did not have the room that we had booked. So they gave us a different room. Each time I called room service for something I was put on hold for five minutes. Then when someone finally answered, they still never fulfilled my request.
