- Everything and everyone was lovely
- Lively atmosphere
- The convenience of how close it is to most things downtown I was able to take the skybridge to my conference everyday. It was great not to have to walk in the elements to get to the conference hotel.
Cons -
- Water pressure was terrible.
- Please upgrade the toilet..it is very low. We had an accessible room. The toilet should also be accessible.
- Parking is high and couldn’t get out of garage because my card for my room stoppped working twice
