Most restaurants were outside or no A/C. Showers had no hot water at times.

Needs more shade umbrellas around the pools, or make the beds free not need to be paid

Everything was an upcharge. If you wanted a spot at the pool you had save a chair by 6 am or spend $85 for a cabanna. Also, the wait time for dinner each night at EVERY restaurant was at least 1.5 hours. Unless you had a butler which you'd pay extra for.

Service was severely lacking and food nothing great. Was a much nicer place 10 years ago when I last went.

ONLY RECOMMENDATION I HAVE IS TO MAKE THE SHOWER BUTTON EASY TO CONTROL AS IT WAS TOO HARD TO ROTATE BACK N FORTH. I DEFINITELY WILL BE BACK

Location is fantastic, pool and beach area are really nice. Lots of seating options around both. Food was excellent, waitstaff and bartenders were also great. Entertainment staff was good but this hotel is pretty low key so we didn't see them a whole lot.

The PR manager's response to an accident that occurred in our room was completely disrespectful and impersonal. This hotel is known for great service but we didn't see it from Management.

The location was perfect. The food was amazing. I love the fact that the resort had 2grill stations everyday from 12-5 everyday. Roosevelt was amazing with taking care of us at the poolside all week. I will definitely return!!

I didn¿t like the fact that there is not enough chairs by the poolside. You have to pay $85 for a cabana if you want to sit by the pool every day. There were people that didn¿t pay and they didn¿t even ask them about paying, but they sure asked me.

The food, staff, pool, and beach were excellent!

The food was excellent for all inclusive. The pool views were gorgeous. Staff was very hard working and professional.

We were there a few days before New Year's Eve. The last few days the service dropped dramatically as the hotel was at full capacity. The restaurant staff seemed a bit under prepared. The other days were perfect.

Everything was good wish there was little more options for vegetarians, we are vegetarian and we were repeatedly eating same food choices daily. So, wish for more options.

The staff was amazing at every department of the Hotel.

The rooms, my ocean front room with a balcony it was a big disappointment.

Drinks seemed watered down

The absolute best thing about this hotel is hands down the service. The next best thing is the food, more specifically, the pop up food stations throughout the hotel. For example, crepe station, tacos, two barbecue stations and paella during the day.

We were charged a $100 early check in fee.

Beautiful beaches, easy to find chairs & umbrellas at the beach and pool, great food and amazing staff!

Large rooms, excellent amenities and views. The hotel staff for the most part were very nice and attentive. The beach location was very nice, although not many available no coat chairs or lounges. There were no timeshare sells!

The food was not very appetizing. Our best meals were breakfast and chicken from one of the outdoor grill stand. There weren't many scheduled activities, a lack of entertainment and the evening gatherings were in very small rooms.

The food was under cooked and spent my stay sick in the hotel room.
