Friendly staff. Accommodating to needs. Very clean and all the rooms are oceanfront.

The balcony was awesome. Room super clean and comfortable. Would recommend.

I loved the room and the fact that every room opens to the ocean¿ great location!

I liked everything except the people smoking at the pool¿ it was too much smoke!

Very clean and hotel personnel were very nice and friendly. I like the easiness of the parking and the fact all rooms are ocean front.

Will be glad when construction is finished around what I assume will be the hot tub.

Best part is that the hotel is on the beach and has a balcony, it is nice if you have an ocean view room.

It is old and crusty, despite seeming to be semi clean , I did not enjoy anything about it besides the balcony. The restroom was very dingy and outdated, the elevator smelled like sweat and vomit. For ---- dollars per night it is not worth it.

Being on the bottom couldn't leave shade open everyone in parking lot can see in room.

Loved the beach view from my 7th floor balcony! The room had everything included as far as cooking so all I had to do was show up on the beach-PERFECT!  the front desk were wonderful!

Guests were saving all the pool chairs and nobody was on them even though a sign was posted no saving lounge chairs, and lounge chairs were very old full of mildew

The location was amazing. Right on the beach and wishing walking distance to shops, mini golf and restaurants

The best thing about the visit was the room and the view

Loved the location and view. Really liked that there was a accordion like divider so there was some privacy if you have a child on the sofa bed.

When you changed the TV channel in bedroom, it also changed the channel for the TV in living area. Parking fills up quickly and then you have to park across the street and cross a busy street.

Nice Ocean view rooms and Convenience to everything. Great to be back.

The only issue I have was the broken elevator.

The room had two TVs and a room divider. Balcony.

Restaurant was closed due to hurricane last year. They want you to take inventory of everything in the room. To clean room/make beds/fresh towels is an additional $25 per day. You have to strip all bedding like a maid. Take out you own garbage.

The cleanliness of the floors right outside the rooms, and the fact that the restaurant did not offer dinner.

Elevator is not clean and it would be good if they provide free breakfast. TV is very small.

The location was perfect. The front desk was helpful and the maintenance guy was very nice and helpful as well.

We didn't find out the TV didn't work until after we unpacked everything (including groceries), went to eat, walked the beach and sat down to relax. Apparently it hadn't worked for days. The 2nd rm had a bed 6" smaller. 3rd rm missing some items, but ok.
