- Staff was so nice!!
- They breakfast was great everyone in kitchen was friendly. They check-in was terrible they didn’t have a room ready for us fora hr and then tried to change my room from double queen to something else wasn’t happy the guy tried tell me I booked thru a 3rd party. After they already took my money

- They was they gave us a room at 7 and then couldn’t even use the drink tickets. They tried to tell me they hold our stuff to swim cause they room wasn’t clean.
- Checking in process was very slow. They would not check us in early. There was twenty people at the same time.With only two desk workers.
- The staff wasn’t the friendliest and the room could have been cleaner. I had to move from our first room due to a strong bad smell.

The breakfast buffet and omelettes were not as good as usual at our other Embassy stays.
