Pros +

• The staff were hospitable and helpful. The property is well maintained and close to the Vemdanad lake. The food was also good. The staff were also helpful in providing with the contact information of the boat and cab drivers.
• The property is located at the Backwater with a stunning view. It is exceptionally clean and the staff is very very attentive. The cleaning happens almost throughout the entire day, very meticulously. At the reception Ms. Deepthi is very supportive and guides very properly regarding the local places to visit. Thomas who is a room attendant is also very very attentive. The food also is very tasty and fresh fish are served here. All in all this hotel gives an experience of living in a 5 star.

Cons -

• The room could have been a little more cleaner. But upon calling the reception, this issue was quickly resolved. The information provided at the reception about the local sightseeing could have been better, in the sense, could have been provided more from a tourists perspective. However, the contact information of the relevant people were provided, which was helpful.
• There is nothing that we didn't like. Just kudos to the full team and KTDC!!
