Spacious rooms
Rooms was filthy, hair all over room, bed and hair in bathtub and a film of filth in bathtub. The ac/fan wouldn't shut off even when we clicked on off. Called and spoke to manger aftwr we traveled 14 hours back home and she didnt do anything. Saod next time tell her at time of stay. Very disappointing!

Parking was a bit tricky, but understandably busy for New Year's week.

The location was great.
It was very dated, smelled strongly of smoke and was very dirty. It’s also massive so there were tons of people, many under the influence, the gym was crowded and it was loud. Didn’t feel very safe to be walking around at night and parking was a nightmare.

The location is great. Most of the room was clean and comfortable. The room was also very quiet at night.
The bathroom was pretty gross. The toilet had significant mold around the inside rim. So much so that the. Mold ran into the bowl when flushed. There was also a small amount of mold on the shower stall wall and base of the shower door. I'm going to view this as a one off because I've stayed at Grandview multiple times and never seen anything like this before. The rest of the was great.
