We love breakfast and happy hour. We like the location, close to lots attractions and shopping. To find and get to
Everything was good with our visit except there was a smell in both the living room and bedroom of our room, especially when you first entered the room. Could not pin point the what it smelled like but it was not a pleasant one.

It was easy to find. The room we had was very clean! It was nice to have a tv for each area of our suite. The breakfast was top notch! Fantastic! Make to my preference omelets were great! Love it!
The bed we had was very hard and not comfortable, in my opinion. My son slept on the pull out sofa bed and he didn’t have another blanket except the thin top sheet so he was cold during the night. I would’ve called for one except I wasn’t aware he didn’t have another blanket until the morning. I also didn’t like that I have to pay for parking. I’m paying to stay there why should I have to pay to park?!

The hotel was clean and beautiful and the food was exceptional! The rooms were spacious and clean and not cluttered.
1 drink at the bar (long island ice tea) was $18, which seems very expensive. Our bar tender at the bar that is in the hotel did not use gloves or tongs to grab the lemons and cherries in my beverage and instead used her bare hands to grab and squeeze all of the lemons that she put in my drink. We visited the bar on August 3rd, 2025.

The hotel itself was a great looking hotel. The rooms looked excellent. Unfortunately, I didn't get to stay there. Because of a electrical fire.
I checked into my room. At 6:15 PM I change clothes left my room at 7:30 PM to attend a gala in the ballroom. At approximately 12:05 AM, everyone was told to evacuate the hotel because of an electrical fire. At 3 AM, the fire department gave us an aw clear, but we could not return to our room because the elevators will be down the rest of the night. My wife is handicapped and we were on the 7th floor my son had to go all the way up the stairs to bring all of our stuff back down we checked out and we were told we were gonna get a refund. Still waiting on refund hopefully you can help us

The hotel was wonderful, which included an excellent breakfast, a great room, and a very comfortable bed!
The employee, Al, who greeted me was very unfriendly. I had called and spoken to Amber before I made my reservation (also an employee at the hotel) about the $12.00 parking fee. She had stated that the parking fee would be waived since my husband was scheduled to have surgery at a nearby hospital. However, upon checking in, Al was very firm in our conversation that I was not eligible for that parking fee. He did not want to honor it, but reluctantly stated that he would waive the fee for just this time only! He was very curt, firm, and super unfriendly. I did not appreciate his demeanor as I am an older woman. I did not argue with him as that is not my nature, but I had worked for many years in the airline industry and I know a little about being friendly and professional. In my opinion, he was neither. Amber should get a gold star and Al needs to be taught about his professional behavior!!

Rooms were spacious, bed was comfortable, breakfast was good, liked the restaurant and bar. They have drinks and snacks in the evenings, which was nice. Will definitely stay again.
Pool was a bit chilly for more. There was volleyball tournaments when we stayed, which made it loud, but once staff was told they told them to quiet down.
