Very nice location, walking distance to several restaurants and attractions.

A couple of the staff were not very pleasant or accommodating. We were in town for a friend’s birthday and had a small cake for our small group to share. We asked the person at the front desk if she could find us a couple forks, plastic or real we are not picky and she refused. The floor in the bathroom and shower are dangerously slippery and could use some skid resistant stickers. The wallpaper is peeling and the carpet was stained.

Location is great. Shuttle to airport excellent.

The customer service was beyond great! Very clean rooms with comfortable beds. The location was perfect for us and was easily accessible from the interstate.

There was an issue with the elevators being out of service for a brief amount of time. We were staying on the 17th floor. We were patient and the hotel staff were extremely apologetic. This would not keep us from going back.

The first two nights my TV did not work. I asked for new linen, and was given queen sheets for a KING bed. Asked again and was brought two flat sheets. Housekeeping made the bed but never changed it. We were give complimentary breakfast. However, I do not eat pork or beef and they did not offer turkey options. Still waiting to be given rewards for my inconvenience…prefer a discount instead. You can hear the elevator running between floors if your room is close to the elevator and ours was. Just not what I expected for the rate.

Breakfast was good, tasty, and plentiful. The staff didn't tell us it closed at a different time during the weekdays.

Our toilet wouldn't flush and continued to run. We told the staff 3 times. The maintenance said it was fixed but it wasn't. We had to go to the third floor to use a restroom. We were on the 16th floor. The next day our entire room flooded. About 2 inches throughout the bathroom and soaked the carpet in the bedroom and living room.

The room was dated and needs refurbishing. Our biggest issue was the tub not draining. Despite the admirable efforts of the front desk staff, the limitations of the situation were apparent. Unfortunately, as our reservation was made through Booking.com, the hotel's ability to provide compensation was constrained. Despite reaching out to Booking.com twice via email, regrettably, we received no response. This experience underscores the importance of booking directly with the hotel, bypassing third-party channels for smoother communication and issue resolution."

The hotel itself needs some improvements. Found hair on the floor in bathroom once we got there. Rooms need updated.the area really needs updated also super cold
