Pros +
- Really good breakfast buffet. Rooms are really nice. Hotel was really nice
- Close to my activities, continental breakfast
- Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable.
Cons -
- Staff was not really friendly, but not unfriendly either. Weren't really engaged in the process.
- Everything but the location! The management staff definitely needs A LOT of work, they have no respect or concern for their guests safety.
- Bathroom toilet seat was up upon our arrival, which disturbed my wife. She is handicapped, and there was no elevator to the second floor. Staff begrudgingly gave us the first floor room. Then they charged us extra the next morning for it.
