- They overcharged me & then placed 3 separate hold charges on my account, which reduced my available balance while I was traveling across the country. As retirees on a limited budget, this was very concerning. This hotel does not have good management.l
- Staff was not really friendly, but not unfriendly either. Weren't really engaged in the process.

Easy access
