Well I never even got in a room because when I arrived I was told there were no rooms but still got charged, I have contacted customer service but no response

BEDBUGS!! Had a 10 year old girl working the front desk when I had to tell them I wasn’t staying because of the bed bugs
Nothing… the hotel was deplorable and had bed bugs… didn’t stay there… they still owe me a refund!!
Everything. It was nasty and they had a 19 year old working the counter… didn’t stay because of being unsanitary and having bed bugs… they still owe me a refund!!
