Every staff member was happy to help and some went above to make your trip better.

“Not the hotels fault” but as in PR all beaches are public so there is a lot of , hey my friend look, sellers and other hotels trying to sway your business.

The shows are very good abd the people work in the staff, the food in chritmas was,very good and chritmas show but rest of tha day in the buffet very poor.

We had bad experience with Reception & Guest Service, Property Condition (Building Hallways), Sliding Door Security, Shower Products (Shampoo & Body Wash), Internet Quality, Pool Water Quality.

Close proximity to the beach

The hotel is no longer Adults only. When I arrived their were kids everywhere and I spoke to the staff about this and they said Wyndham change their policy month ago to be a family friendly resort

Having to move rooms twice due to noise concerns after requesting a quiet room option up front. (Required Manager assistance) Smoking permitted on vast majority of poolside lounge chairs and tables No Smoking in rooms policy not enforced

Heavenly Beach! No rocks, shells, seaweed, garbage etc. Ocean was warm, turquoise & calm. Cheap pedicures, manicures & massages sold beachside while you suntan! 3 spa attendants pampering me at once. The Michael Jackson Show! Free catamaran rides.

Adults Only = 16yro = teens ruin romance. Limited Beach towels, beach loungers, & pool loungers. Hot tub monopolized by teens. Gigantic fly on the bottom of coffee mug. Rooms w/out balcony. # of H2O bottles per room limited. Lifestyle vendor is a LIAR.

The room was clean and close to the beach.

No elevator. Staff were not friendly. The food was not the best, no variety. The room was not the same as I booked. My view from the room was a building under construction and they woke me up.

Food selection became repetitive very quickly. Room service had limited menu options.

Pool, Beach, sports, on-site food and drink easy accesses

Food could be way better. Fish except the salmon always overcooked. Room service beyond slow. Maids for sure didn¿t switch out the top sheet, questionable on other sheets on certain days. Reception lied about Uber, it exists & is cheaper than taxi.

Super friendly. Since we got there we received so much attention and we felt so welcomed. I will definitely be booking very soon. and will be recommending. :)

Just the wifi it was consistent in our room. but that didnt bother me to much.

The price was great. The outside crew kept the grounds, buildings and pool very clean.

Not enough time.Service was inconsistent during meals and while lying out at the pool.I left a tip if we were given a coffee/water/wine refill.I came back with $7000 pesos.The meal at Rosmarino was a disaster.We felt discriminated there.Cannot recommend.

The staff is very friendly. Beach is nice as well as the pool.

The rooms were very basic and bland, missing that wow factor and also lacked a place to sit inside the hotel room. There were no chairs or tables available in room but there is plenty of space for one. Shower and toilet could have also used a nice scrub.

The music was loud in our room at nighttime close to the disco Rex's.

The staff is very friendly and would go above and beyond to meet your needs with a big smile on the face. Roon is comfortable and food is good.
