- Every staff member was happy to help and some went above to make your trip better.
- The shows are very good abd the people work in the staff, the food in chritmas was,very good and chritmas show but rest of tha day in the buffet very poor.
- We liked most Food & Guest Service at the Buffet, Beach & Ocean

- “Not the hotels fault” but as in PR all beaches are public so there is a lot of , hey my friend look, sellers and other hotels trying to sway your business.
- The buffet food in. The morning afternoon and dinner
- We had bad experience with Reception & Guest Service, Property Condition (Building Hallways), Sliding Door Security, Shower Products (Shampoo & Body Wash), Internet Quality, Pool Water Quality.
