- The carpet was stained and dirty.
- While the room was made up, there were crumbs and hairs in the bed. Floors were dirty and not vacuumed. bathroom was not cleaned very well. The desk worker kindly move us to another room, which was appreciated.
- I ha hope for a better selection for breakfast. I was hoping to see some yogurts, fruits, more cereal choices.

We liked how nice the customer service was to us, the room was great. It was a lot bigger then we had thought it would be. the pool was great too, our son had a blast.
