Great spot!!! Literally walking distance to everything needed. Very quiet and the room was nice and clean. I definitely will return.

The property was hard to locate initially. Once I found the entrance everything was great.

Location was great and hotel not bad for price.

The location is very nice. And, the outside of the property is beautiful.

The room was incredible small, and walls are super thin. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were hard.

The room was very small compared to the pictures. The breakfast offered was really a Starbucks ran booth and not like most hotels that offer breakfast. The worst was that the whole floor we stayed on smelt like weed smoking and we had to walk through it everytime we left. Also the parking was separate from the hotel and you had to walk all the way back to the hotel.

Worst Customer Service – Avoid This HotelI regret booking a stay at Sonesta Select Atlanta. The service was absolutely terrible from start to finish.First, we checked in and found a cracker on the desk chair and a piece of cookie on the carpet. Then, my kids accidentally spilled water on the bed. When I tried calling the front desk, the phone wasn’t working. So, I had to go downstairs, only to be met with complete indifference. The front desk lady refused to help, saying she couldn’t leave her desk—as if I was asking her to do it herself! All I needed was housekeeping or someone to bring fresh sheets. She promised to call if she found someone, but guess what? The phone didn’t work, and of course, no one ever showed up. I had to dry the sheets myself with a hairdryer!Breakfast was just as bad. Even though I booked a room for four, they only provided breakfast for two—apparently, that’s their “policy,” though no one bothered to mention it beforehand. The coffee was awful, the croissants were stale, and the cappuccino was all milk, completely undrinkable. On top of that, the staff serving breakfast were extremely rude and unbothered.To make things worse, housekeeping is only upon request, which was another surprise no one mentioned. After returning late on our first night, we found our beds untouched. Again, the front desk was useless and offered no solution.Final verdict: If you’re considering staying here, don’t. The service is non-existent, the food is awful, and they conveniently forget to mention their ridiculous policies until it’s too late.

Everything was nice and clean. Large hotel. Room was spacious. Pool was nice. Didn’t order any breakfast based on a previous review someone stated yogurt and water was $8. We ate out.

The Room didn't stay cool throughout the night. We weren’t instructed on where anything other than the parking lot was. Although ik there was a parking fee i wasnt advised of that neither. No instructions where the elevators were, where the pool was, where breakfast was or time it starts and ends, nothing about the market (where they sell snacks) The whole conversation went like this: “hello, id like to check in. Ok I just need your id, theres $100 deposit please sign on the pinpad, heres your key to your room its also your way in the parking garage. Ok thanks!” Im not a talkative person so I didn’t matter much to me but working in customer service you should always have a helpful and upbeat attitude
