- The location in proximity to Truist Park and other amenities.
- The view from the window, u can see the mall
- They move us to a nicer room on 7 floor
Cons -
- This hotel was outdated and filthy. The room smelt of an animal and the hotel staff was unprepared and unprofessional.
- I checked in on Sunday, staff seemed like they didn't even want me there. Very rude person. Took 10 - 15 minutes to get hot water out of shower. This happened everyday during my 5 day stay. Also had to pay for parking, no free breakfast.
