- Room was filthy, including dust in corners and dirty floors. Hallway looked like a nasty construction zone. Ceiling tiles missing, No lamps in dark bedroom area,aside from small reading lights on the bed. Had to go in bathroom for light. Mot a 4 star.
- The telephone didnt work. I ordered room service and got an incorrect order that was, frankly, not edible. Awful. Also, the bathroom floor was sticky and I could see not been cleaned prior to my arrival.
- Far too expensive for the quality, parking was very expensive. It was not very well (centrally) located for the Madrid attractions.
