Most helpful staff and the convenience of two supermarkets nearby and the Metro station just 100 metres from the Hotel.

The air conditioning struggled to cope with the constant high temperatures day and night.

i had booked a handicapped friendly room. on arrival, that was not what was proposed. plus, carpets are dirty, smell is terrible in room and corridors. and when we asked for a taxi we were sent a private chauffeur with no meter and a fixed fee of 29 euros for 1,4km...who gets a cut here?

It feels cramped, reception is inexistant for a three star hotel it is sad really, it feels more like a student hostel without the atmosphere. No kettle, no coffee or tea in the rooms...Grateful to have an hotel in this part of town as there are not a lot but maybe a little competition wouldn't hurt...Very highly priced for what it is.

Staff was great. Kind, rerady to help, explain, perfect for tourist who are first time in France. Because of them I will book again there when I will need accomodation in Lyon. Brekfast was so good, best croissaints in Lyon was in Ibis!

I can hear in my room every train passing by.

Highly recommend- room was very clean, breakfast was varied enough and quality was very good. Staff was very nice during check in and out. Good location next a metro station, just a few stops from center of town. I was able to find free street parking because it was the weekend.

Room was small. There was a weird smell coming from the bathroom, it was not very well ventilated.

Perfect overnight stay. We benefited from a lsat minute price deal which made our stay excellent value. The room although small was comfortable and well-designef and the breakfast was above satisfactory. As we travelled by public transport we have nothing yo say regarding parking - however it was very easy to travel around.The location is great Croix Rousse is probably the nicest area to stay in Lyon with à lovely, relaxed bohémien vibe. We'll stay again

The breakfast was very good. It is located close to a metro station and on the weekends you can park for free outside in the street.

We were driving here and in the reservation said to call the morning of arrival to book a parking place. We did first thing in the morning and they told us everything was booked and there was no place left. Luckily, we could park for free on the street, but we booked this place specifically because of the parking.

Nice staff and good value for money. Nice location and the bed was very comfortable.

Whilst the room was very clean, there was a smell of damp coming from the toilet or sink. It was apparent to me , so I'm sure the staff would have noticed it too.Shame because everything else about my stay was excellent.

Acoustic insulation of the Windows room is low.. so thé room was à little bit noisy because of noise comming from outside

Breakfast was really good. Room a bit small but sufficient for our short stay. It was calm (we had a room to the backside) Well located hotel to discover Lyon (close to metro).

Parking situation is a bit of a challenge. Not too transparent way of reserving one of the few spaces in the parking in advance. (can only be done in the morning of arrival, which I did via email - but got the response that it's too late and there's nothing left). We parked outside of the hotel, for which you need to pay. There's also a parking facility not far away (you need to pay), for those staying longer.

Staff,breakfast great. rooms are enough big when you compare French standart .and not enough with global standart.

Only shave socket at bathroom in rooms. no refrigirator in rooms and it is normal for ibis standart. I am ok for that. But reception Refrigirator can not be used after 10. P.m. think that you use insulin! Not enough drink inside vending machine. No waste bag for bathroom dustbin and it has no cover!

The rooms were comfortable and clean although the shower was hot there wasnt alot of pressure, breakfast was fresh and decent. Love the fact you can boil your own eggs. Check in and out was easy. We opted for this hotel as in had parking but be noted the parking costs !0 Euros extra and the spaces in the secured car park are very tight if you have a SUV like us.

The breakfast had no hot food, although you could boil your eggs how u want them.

Nothing at all, unfortunately. I was not able to get toothpaste and toothbrush not even a comb.

Service it’s very poor and rude they barely understand English and was as well disrespectful.

DO NOT USE IF ARRIVING BY CAR. No parking available the first day, had to park at hospital., the hotels garage is very difficult to park car.
