- Nothing really
- The rooms were nice and clean and when we needed something changed or brought to us the staff was very kind to fix the problem and bring the items to us we needed. Everyone seemed very friendly

- We love the fact that we had the parking garage to park our car in at night but it was kind of hard happened to walk up and down the steps all the time to get something out of the car and then walk back up the steps to our room was the only thing, but it was no big deal.
- 1a) The off-site parking for boats wasn't disclosed anywhere on the website.1b) the off-site parking for boats was 3.5 miles away and required the boat to be disconnected to drive back to the hotel. We were provided an excellent map and directions to get there.1c) The gate codes (to access the boat storage yard) given to us at the time of check-in worked fine for three days. On the fourth day, the gate code to exit the yard was changed and we were not notified. We got stuck in the storage yard until another person who got stuck earlier told us the code. 2) There was no maid service, towel service, trash service, nor were the locations to take out our own trash disclosed. When we asked, we were told only after 10 days would any type of service be provided. This needs to be disclosed on the web site. Two rolls of toilet paper were provided and we ran out after 4 nights and the office was closed and we were unable to get more from the office.3) While the parking underneath our room was convenient, it was not convenient to carry all our stuff up 14 very tall stairs. This too should have been disclosed on the website.

The facility is very close to everything that you can think of. A great view of the lake. The rooms are great everything thing that you need is there for cooking or entertainment. Thank you very much for the wonderful stay
