The location is vert good.

The staff is not very service oriented, the waitress at the bar is quite rude and unfriendly (we arrived at 10:00pm, she served us with a vert angry attitude and didn’t say anything about closing at 10:30pm, she just left angry). They never changed our sheets (they were dirty and still didn’t change anything). The hotel isn’t clean, the carpets are disgusting, specially the ones in the room.

The hotel is very well located. The area is charming, and it is near Washington Circle. The room is quite big and comfortable and so is the bathroom. Tea & Coffee facilities are offered in the morning.The hotel has a nice restaurant and a bar, as well.A $ 100 deposit is charged at the check in time.Georgetown, only a few blocks away is a lovely area, with federal style architecture, top notch restaurants, lovely little stores not to be missed.

You can't pay cash. I didn't like that.

The staff are very helpful and kind, there was slight issue with the TV connection (main connection fault) the staff has resolved it by moving us to a different room. The location is good, rooms are big,clean and comfortable. Love their molton brown toiletries. Near to metro station and bus stop next to the hotel. The distance stated of places of interest shown on the app are quite accurate. I will definitely stay here again.

Friendly staff, spacious lobby, convenient fitness center (with a particularly nice water refill station), nice room accommodations, and really enjoyed the complementary coffee in the mornings

I understand these older hotels are difficult to keep cool, particularly when it is so hot and humid outside, but a more powerful air conditioner would have been nice. Would recommend every room come with a box fan.

Cleaning service is provided once every three days if not explicitly requested. Ok, one can live with it but I am a bit afraid that this looks like the luggage on flights situation. And it's not that it's a cheap hotel.

The rooms are clean and a good size.

The restaurant is average and the bar is non-existent. It has very little atmosphere. No one hangs at the bar or in the lobby. You go in and out of the hotel.

Location, bar and lounge area, staff.

No towel racks in the bathroom, two or three bare walls where they could’ve been. This was very annoying because we had to hang our towels on the chairs or on hangers in the closet.
