Everything. Mainly the staff. The reception, the help desk, all so extremely horrible. They made my already terrible trip a nightmare.

hotel was decent. the rooms were big and parking was good. Its right in the center of town. views from the balconies were awesome.

toilet is away from the bathroom, decor is very dated, the restaurant has limited hours.

Parking is full everyday!, the room is really small even it’s standard room but its so small u can’t move in the room if u r two persons with luggage, I requested to upgrade me since i booked this hotel specifically to my honeymoon but no response they didn’t upgrade me (I know it’s not something necessary but I requested this and I didn’t get it).. they says that the room is soundproof but I don’t see that..

Location was great. Has unobstructed view of Mt. Blanc mountain chain. Staff was kind, friendly and helpful with giving hiking trail recommendations. Breakfast was outstanding with extensive selections and variety. Omelette chef was outstanding.

No central air or air conditioning. However, a fan in room was helpful(if my room was on a higher floor, I would have simply kept the door to the balcony open at night and most likely would not have needed the fan). I did not like carpet as I prefer wood flooring or luxury vinyl planks.

Very helpful and friendly staff. We fot there early way before check in time and we were given our room without having to wait. The room was very spacious and clean and had an amazing view of the city.

Great location near restaurants, shops, ski bus stop and grocery stores.Hot tub was a nice feature and included breakfast.

Busy elevators. There are three elevators usually in high demand.

1. Spa is very basic, especially when you consider that this is one of their most publicised features Liz2. Booked a session in the spa with a member of staff at the lobby who wrote a note on a piece of paper and was generally pretty unfriendly, when I got to the spa they said they had no record of my booking.3. I didn’t have the breakfast, but the food and restaurant options at other times of the day were pretty mediocre

Staff were very nice and hospitable. The hotel is also eco-conscious, which I personally liked, with pitchers to refill with water and recycling bins on each floor. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and we had amazing views of Chamonix and surrounding mountain ranges from the balcony.

Fitness center is lacking, unfortunately, with just a treadmill and cycling machine and 1-10 kg dumbbells. I recommend at least adding another set of heavier-weight dumbbells, because 1-10 kg is simply not enough.I also needed to make an appointment to use the gym, which I didn’t mind, but I couldn’t use it at my designated time (9:30 AM) due to the spa still being cleaned.

Nothing to like about the property the bathroom was not cleaned dust in floor, plus the toilet was not working properly

The police regarding refund even though my claim are true and the halls smell so bad

The central location is the (only) appeal. I stayed here years back and was blown away with the offerings. Upon my return many things had changed.

The property has clearly chosen to make as much profit as possible, there were many hidden fees in the booking price and the standard has gone down from my previous visit. The hotel did not provide parking to guests, garage was full and overnight costs were double that of other local parking option. Much better, more affordable options exist. I hope management sees my review and understands my previous visit years back provided a great example of a deteriorating standard.

Housekeeping before I check out from the room and my wallet and money was there anyhow they gave me the wallet without the money only this I didn’t like housekeeping team taking my money whiles cleaning

The location was fabulous. Easy to find and a short walk into the village and to the railway station, restaurants and the cable car. The view from the hotel restaurant was amazing and possibly the best in the world!

Breakfast options were a little expensive.

I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Alpina Eclectic. The location is perfect and made exploring the area very convenient.The reception staff deserve special mention - they were incredibly helpful throughout my stay and went out of their way to assist with any questions or requests.The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. The room was spotless, and it's clear that housekeeping takes great pride in maintaining high standards.Overall, a fantastic hotel that I would definitely recommend and stay at again!

one area that needs improvement is the room service for towels and toiletries. Response times were quite slow, and on some occasions, the requested items didn't arrive at all. This was the only frustrating thing.
