The location was ideal for our trip to the Greensboro Coliseum. The room was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The Air Conditioning unit for the room was not efficient. It could not keep the room to the desired temperature, and it would come on for about 30 seconds over and over to regulate the room temperature. Only the area near the AC unit remained cool.

In a bad area of town with beggars nearby. Dirty room not cleaned well. Soiled furniture. And a bedbug was in the bed when I woke up. I was scared. Yes it was handicap accessible.

The door to the room was not secure. Scary uncomfortable feeling. I would not stay again.

The location was great. It is surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops. Very accessible.

The property resembles an old motel with the room opening door opening to the parking lot. Not very safe. The room was extremely dirty. I found items left by previous guests. This property does not compare to any of the other Quality Inn & Suites I've stayed in other cities. The parking is like an obstacle course of potholes. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

The staff at check were very professional and friendly especially the white woman with glasses sorry I didn't get her name but she remembered my name as soon as I approached the check in desk because this was another stay I was on. I was impressed with my name remembrance part. I believe it is the perfect place because there are plenty of restaurants along the street before you turn to go to the hotel. All types whatever anyone is looking for . Convenient to four season town center mall. It is just two turns from 40 east or west. Several gas stations in the area including one on the other side of the street threw the traffic light. It has a pool as well at this quality inn during summer season. Plenty of free parking. Free breakfast with waffles , fruit, juice, etc. Room service with a friendly service staff and very clean rooms . Very quiet place at least when I was there. Over all I think anyone would enjoy their stay there.

No problems at all

Everything. The very friendly check in staff , the room , the location is great , the rooms are clean beds , shower , floors, clean towels and wash clothes . Nice spacious rooms. Continental breakfast with waffles ,cereal,fruit. It was a quiet peaceful room right near the front on the first floor. Plenty of parking on the property. There's a biscuitville right across the street and plenty of different restaurants all on the same street when you come off I -40 exit 217. Hotel is convenient to I -40 just a couple of turns.

Nothing it was a excellent place to just rest and have all I needed within a close driving range without going a long distance to find anything.

it said in the description that it had a pool that it had a pool, and that it had had hot breakfast which was the reason why I choose this particular hotel, and to get there and those two things are not available made me very angry

Pool was unavailable. Strong smell to waste waters (poop) on the Stairs. Dirty carpet. Our bed sheets had cum on them. Bathrooms not properly cleaned. Bathroom door olmos falling off. Overall needs to change your rooms cleaners they’re not doing the job.
