The staff were very nice. The room was clean. We were traveling with a dog. Sometimes hotels that allow dogs give you a worn out room. The room was nice and close to the exit. I didn't get to use the pool but it looked like a very clean area.
Beds were a little to soft for me but fine for my husband.
