Sheraton Westport Plaza Hotel St. Louis

The room is very spacious, and the bed is comfortable. The location worked well for me since my office is close to the hotel. You can find many restaurants and bars closed to the hotel.

Besides the fact that the rooms are quite good, the biggest issue was the noise coming from the air conditioning. To be honest, it was terrible. I could not sleep well.

The room was clean and comfortable, a little shabby in places but hotel rooms are used hard by most guests. It didn't detract from the comfort. Staff were very helpful and polite; little things such as housekeeping calling the elevator for me when I had my hands full. Location is excellent if you don't want to be directly downtown (we didn't; we chose the area my husband grew up in). We were in town to bury my father in law, and all the things like iron, board, hairdryer, that you need when getting ready, were to hand.

We didn't have a visit from housekeeping throughout a 3 night stay. We had to go and get clean towels. Also, the complementary coffee in reception disappeared before 9:45 am on the weekend. It was much better than the Starbucks packs in the room (which we used and also had to go and ask for more of).

Most of staffs are friendly. Their housekeeping is very professional. They even organized my kid's crib.

The garage door lock is not working. We couldn't enter hotel at night and had to carry two kids all the way to the front door. They also made a mistake to assign our room to new guests after 10 pm. We were all shocked when they came in to the room.

The location and price value were good. The hotel is in the Westport Plaza where there are many bars and restaurants. It is also only 2 miles from Creve Couer Lake which is an awesome place to run.

The room was a bit humid and had a funny smell which was most likely associated with it being humid.

The location is convenient to the high way and the property is awesome. I would return during the summer to see everything.

I booked 4 rooms and 2 of them were filthy. Appeared to not have been used for years. The hotel moved our family to different floors when we requested to be together to fix the dirty rooms. The hotel had to change the room 4x.

Free airport shuttle, food court adjacent to hotels Far from city but metro from airport goes everywhere. Very friendly helpful staff for 300 guests! Pool has water features and fountains, Lots of sitting areas.
