The Staff was Friendly, Knowledgeable and Accommodating

There was construction going on at the hotel that interrupted sleep before 7am a couple of mornings

Breakfast staff were amazing;front desk staff had superior customer service, security staff were great and they are fast with check ins and check outs; my best experience there was banquets’ replenishment of water at Bachata event

Lack of refrigeration and more microwave options as well as old laundry equipment for guests

Convenient to the highest.

Musty smell and badly stained carpet. Elevator was loud and squeaky.

The beds were smaller than imagined. The rooms need to be updated. The drain in the shower wasn't working properly. A lot of stains on the bedding and mattress. Just wasn't expecting this at the Sheraton hotel

It?s very very old and not clean. The chairs were dirty, walls had some type of substance on it. Waste of money

Location was perfect for what I needed it close to... staff was very professional and hotel was very clean and pretty inside

Lobby area is beautiful but opens all the way up to the top floor and you will hear all the noise at going up to the top at night but they are good about quiet hour after 11:00 p.m.

The lobby was fine and matched the photos. The rooms were atrocious though. The upholstered beds were stained really badly. The carpet in the rooms and in the hallways was super super old and dated.

The bed was comfortable, and the room was spacious and clean.

This is an older hotel that was really nice back in the day, but is in need of a total remodel. No mini-fridge in the room, and area is a bit sketchy.

The hot tub was not working. It was the reason I chose this hotel.

Pricing for drinks in bar is ridiculously high. I used to bring clients there for drinks after work for convenience. Can't afford it now.

Its always important to get to a friendly place and clean place they were very helpful didn't have to leave the place once you get there as they have everything you need on location.

Nothing. My car was robbed in the hotel packing lot and they made away with the four tires and wheels (rims) iof my car. I will not advise anyone to lodge there. They need to work on their security around the hotel and the packing lots.

Very bad security at the packing lots of the hotel. I woke up to hop into my car and I was traumatized with the vandalization of my car. Thief¿s enter d hotel parking and jacked away all the 4 tires and wheels in my car.

I enjoyed my stay there, especially coming in from out of town. I was able to get a late check out the best, Wisconsin boat and they have heated pools

Every night before we went in the parking was ridiculous
