- After we checked in and went to our room, we were surprised to find a ceiling filter lying on the floor and the vent hanging down from the ceiling. When my husband checked the bathroom, he also found a hole in the wall with wallpaper peeling off.
- Fabulous hotel, and incredible steakhouse
- Location, Location, location! The hotel sits near all of the Casinos. Walking distance to several restaurants and the Heavenly shops, which was a major plus
Cons -
- They shut the water off so after a 9 hour drive I couldn’t shower and no pressure to take a shower before we left.
- We had to go back to the front desk to request a different room. Given the inconvenience and time lost, you would expect at least a small gesture of goodwill—perhaps an upgrade or apology—but none was offered.
- The check in took a bit too long. It is a little dated and some of the non table game employees didn?t seem to want to be there. The dealers were all excellent!
