Location in Stateline and near Lake Tahoe

The room (427) was located next to the elevators and vending/ice machine. All night long the rumbling of the elevators was noisy and caused the dresser drawers to slide open.

The view after the $ 50 upgrade was terrible. The fact you had to get a players card for a restaurant deal sucked. We ate across street at your competitors. Had I known all this I would have chosen another hotel.

The TV worked great. The bathroom was very large and the shower is huge.

It's old. Wall & furniture scuffs and chips. Needs more seating. Noisy bathroom door.

Do not stay here!!! The entire hotel is filthy! The floors had duct tape everywhere. Walls splattered. Disgusting. Starbucks had dust all over their counter display. Their food cooler display - filthy. Coffee maker was gross with left over water.

the room was nice and the location was nice too

the customer service at the front desk could use a bit of touch up. after a power outage of the area, incl the hotel, i asked the front desk for some tylenol for a headache. she directed me to a vending machine which was out of order, then outside CVS.

They added fees for parking in an open lot and a resort fee for each day that was not reflected in the per night price.

Hotel in room very dirty and dusty and hot. Beds were too firm , Plus hotel smells like sewer. This hotel was over priced., plus the restaurant was very slow in service, they only had one waitress and one Cook waited over an hour for meal.

Cheap price

Pool and hot tub dirty, bad customer service, lack of food/beverage options.

The location.

The staff was rude and unwelcoming. I called to verify the pool was open. They verified it that it was and it was closed when we got there. The bed was absolutely horrendous, uncomfortable and worn out. The shower head was old, it had so much buildup.

The chairs in the room were conference chairs, and parking is $20 for self and $25 for valet per night for guests. The Del Soul restaurant food was decent, but nothing special. Also, there was no convenience shop for sodas orforgotten items.

Cafe turned us away for being under staffed. Casino was a ghost town. Elevators kept breaking so we had to wait 20 to 30 minutes to go up or down. The room smelled like smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. The casino smoke was horrible.

Not enough towels. Difficultly connection to have the TV work. Did not recognize that that rooms were not serviced every day

Good location. If you get the player's card (it's free) you get 50% off of parking.

There was a smoky smell in the lobby area. I also had a smoky smell in my non-smoking room and had to ask for an air purifier. One morning rock music was blasting throughout the lobby/halls of the main floor. Not appropriate! Hall needed vacuuming.

Only 2 working elevators, minimal signage with construction making it difficult to find way around. Only had one towel in room when checked in

Swimming pool

We requested 2 queen beds and higher floor but they did not any of these requests. We spoke to the cleaning lady that we met the cleaning lady next morning and asked if the hotels were fully booked and she said not really. We stayed on weekdays.

I was told by the person who checked us in that , if I were to get a player’s card , our parking would be complementary. I asked if it would be free with any level card and he assured me that would be just to find out it was only half off. Be transparent
