Great location, hotel is very close to the lifts and has good free parking. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was okay. We could find what we could eat, but the variety was not great.

Location for the Schatsberg Xpress lift was excellent. Location in the town was great. Breakfast was OK. Rooms and facilities were clean.

The shared room was not good value for money. At breakfast there was no service for non-standard coffees. The staff were generally unfriendly or surly.

Location is great, and nice cozy hotel

The pillows were not great, they were soft/flat.. but thats a personal preference.

Great location, facilities, cleaning, near to skilift, comfy rooms, decent breakfast.

Room temperature too hot and no option to adjust (thermostat controller maybe broken). Could not keep window open during night because of the noise. Breakfast host (older) was sometimes rude.

Clean, comfortable, plus the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The sauna, ski-room and location are some great features of this hotel.

- The breakfast was o.k. Not many options for vegans. Breakfast is oriented around animal products, lots of cheese, dairy, lunch meats and eggs. Not many vegan options, no plant based milk alternatives along with the cereals, no fresh fruit.- My room was very basic and a bit run down and shabby. It looked like someone had punched a few divots in one of the drywalls. The shower shutters were wonky and half broken.- Soap and towels, shower gels etc. were not replenished, so with 2 more nights to stay I was out of soap and show gel. During my 6 day stay, perhaps the large bathing towel was refreshed once.- No kettle, tea of coffee in the room - No fridge in the room- Price quality ratio is off in my opinion. High price for a small, slightly shabby and minimalistic room.

Lights in the bathroom..If you are stay there more than 5 minutes,the lights are starting blinking..But it is not necessary to stay here more that 5 minutes:)

Very good location. Close to one of the lifts. Nice view on the mountains from the balcony. Very friendly and flexible service. A large bouble room recantly refurbished. Very good breakfast.

It would have been nice to have a safe in the room, but there was none. I could have use of some more arrangements to hang up things outside the wardrobe. The "night table" was not larger than an envelope on the surface, quite ridiculous. I had to place things on the floor. The pillow was vast but so thin that I did not feel I had one, so I had to put a pillow for decoration under it for the night to rest my neck on, so I would not get neck ache in the morning.

Location in town centre, restaurants, shops, supermarket, ski hire shops, as local and ski buses and ski lifts within walking distance. Hotel still quiet, not much noise from street in room. Room modern, clean, comfortable.

A kettle in the room would have been nice. TV in room very limited for English language TV.

Despite what some reviewers have said we had excellent breakfasts perfect for the day ahead on the slopes. Friendly staff too. Good facilities with great ski room etc.

Rooms newly revamped

Booked for 3 nights plus 3 more and they couldn’t accommodate us in one room , had to move. Hotel was not full.

The accommodation is overall nice. The location is very central and the parking options are sufficient.

Breakfasts are chaotic and the single waiter does not manage to clean the tables for the other guests so if you arrive later than 8 am (when breakfast starts) you probably need to wait for a clean table.

Perfect location, so close to the lift and everything in town.
