I loved the updated room!

There was a lot of additional activity from non staying people. The security doors were not key activated and I almost saw two men fighting over a woman in the parking lot.

Breakfast

Guest slamming doors all night . Kids screaming. Loud noise

Nothing

Everything. There was furniture and old mattress stacked in the back car park, visible from the front desk area. The 1 working elevator had half its floor tiles ripped up, leaving a trip hazard.( my wife walks with a stick as she's disabled ) The brackets for the handrail were hanging off the 3 walls ( eye level for children ). In the hallway next to the elevators were more tables stacked up and a shopping trolly ?The bedroom smelt faintly of urine, and the carpet was sticky. There were urine stains around the base of the toilet ( hadn't been cleaned ). There were pieces of rubbish/food between the bed and the side table( not been hoovered properly). There was only 1 cup for drinks and no milks. When I asked at the front desk for milk, the lad said we don't have any ??? We slept on top of the bed as we were afraid to see what was under the covers. When we went for breakfast, we found more desks/mattresses and dusty furniture stacked behind the glass doors of the rooms opposite. We should have gone somewhere else, but we'd just finished a 6-hour journey.

We booked same day and just needed a cheap pet friendly room for the night. Checkin was easy and the reception staff were friendly

The hotel is being renovated and we got an old room (unsure if this is because we had a pet). The room was very dated and although the bedding was clean the room wasn’t. The heating didn’t work well and the bedding wasn’t warm so it wasn’t a comfortable nights sleep.
