The location was great. Loved being so close to the beach. The hotel has a great vibe. Only thing was it was noisy but luckily the bar closed at 11pm and the noise went straight down at that point. An alarm/siren went off early this morning around 0600 - not sure where it came from and I don't think it was from the hotel but it was close by. It kept us awake from 0600am!
The noise from the bar but luckily it closed at 11am and the noise disappeared then. Phew!

The building was beautiful and you could walk to the beach. the restaurant was lovely and the waiters there were brilliant. as you walk into the property it is gorgeous and looks the part. You can take a chair, towels and parasol down to the beach as complimentary and water which was great. My room was good sized and the beds were really comfortable. There’s a nice coffee machine in the room and decorated nicely.
I have to say I was quite disappointed in the hotel. From the photos and reviews I thought it was going to be really special but on arrival all of the lights were off and I was told they wouldn’t be serving any food or drinks until 5pm in the restaurant. The bar on the roof was also closed most of the time. The WiFi was very patchy and the phones were down the whole time, a lot of channels on the Tv were unavailable. My fridge was also full of old food and clearly hadn’t been cleaned. The windows had been smashed and the cheaply repaired. it’s a bit further up Miami Beach but you can rent a citi bike close by to zoom around on.Overall it felt like they’d been hit by COVID which is sad but the hotel is clearly tired and needs an overhaul. The staff were lovely if a bit unknowledgable about the area, only able to recommend 2 restaurants right next door to the hotel. It definitely didn’t feel like a 4 star hotel. I requested a refund but it was rejected completely - definitely not at all what was advertised.

Beautiful boutique hotel, super friendly staff with a positive attitude. Was warned my room would get very loud at night but I was out for 3 out of 4 nights so only noticed the noise and music level on one night, which was a lot. But frankly it was only 1 hr of my time in bed and because of the great rate they offer, I understand why my room was perhaps cheaper than it should have been.
would be nice to have coffee/breakfast in the main patio or small snack menu. Crema next door was in the other Faena complex and a short walk, and I understand they can't offer staffing and pricing at that rate if they offer food out of hours.

great location, decor, clean and comfortable
worst room it was adjoining and I could hear every word my neighbours said. the rooftop bar was right above my room. the base was so loud it shook, I could even hear people dancing. would recommend staying at the other side of the hotel.

Great Hotel. Hotel employee at checkin was great as well as for recommendations for restaurants. Had lunch at hotel and it hit the spot. Room was great with nice balcony. Bed was comfortable. Beach area was nice and quiet compared to farther down the beach.

This small spanish style boutique hotel makes you feel right at home. The staff is so attentive and welcoming. Does staff ever sleep? The beach is a block away & worth the walk. The hotel and beach area are very clean and well cared for
We have absolutely no complaints. We could have done without the construction in the area but of course that is not the hotels fault. We could not have asked for a better vacation and would definitely stay at Casa Feana again.

Very friendly and helpfull staff. Clean rooms. Close to the beach.
The floor of the room was tiled everywhere, not always good - carpet at some places would have been great. Bathroom was very small - sink was even outside of the bathroom. Soap holder inside bath was broken.

The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The location is great - easy access to the beach (30 second walk) with a hotel kiosk on the beach to provide towels and cushioned loungers.
Valet parking was rather expensive, and the rooms could use a bit of updating, but they were comfortable and clean.
