Hotel was very nice. Location was great.

Price was extremely expensive I guess because of location. It wasn't that fancy. We had absolutely no heat in our room. Heat just blew out cold. Slept in insulated underwear and insulated socks. I messaged front desk but never heard back from them.

The location was great. Rooms were such a great size. Loved the open fire

I didn’t like the fact it was a nightmare trying to get a response from the property. I sent several emails which weren’t answered until I contacted head office customer service. That was so frustrating.

One staff member was very kind. Location was good.

Bathroom floor was old and stained, beds were so hard, pricing was outrageous for the quality. Trying to book through the hotel was rediculous. I was so disappointed and before I could discuss next steps my booking was canceled by staff. I had to go online and try to book independently. Next time ill just go through a different hotel.Also, my husband drives a manual. We tried valet parking but the hotel employer couldn't drive a manual. That was crazy. On top of that the gate was broken so that made independent parking even more fun.

The $46 a night parking and “destination” fee was a bit pricey and the bathrooms were very small.

The location was great. We were able to walk around the plaza. The staff were very friendly.

The room was not very clean. There were stains on the bedding, floor, and couch. There was also quite a bit of hair on the floor in the bathroom from the previous guests. We were surprised that for how much we paid that the room wasn’t better cleaned. Also, parking was $25 and you have to pay to exit the parking garage. Yet they charged my card and additional $30 for parking. It didn’t really seem like a mistake, because the garage is set up to have you pay to leave. When I called the person helped me resolve the issue and refunded the $30 quickly. But it does make me wonder if they just expect people to not check their credit card statement and not realize they’ve paid twice for parking…

Good location

There was a younger skinny lady at the check in desk on 07-05-2025 on the right side looking at the desks , around 4pm , she had a rotten attitude, awful eye contact looks like she hates her job. Probably shouldn’t be working there. Bad for business.

Location is wonderful. A short walk to restaurants and shopping. Beautiful views, nice rooms. Quick check in with nice staff. Quiet and comfortable.

The bathroom could have been a little cleaner, but not bad enough to call housekeeping
