Paid for parking and there was no parking and you have to pay for breakfast why isn’t it included

It was a good location for our activities.

Someone was smoking weed on the sidewalk out front on arrival. Upon arrival the staff was not very friendly. More because she was overwhelmed as hotel was understaffed for check in time. Dirty dishes in the hall way all night beside our room.

booked room for two queen beds. Got to the hotel to see i was switched to a single king size bedroom. They said original booking was not available. I told them that I needed the dual Queens then they offered dual double. It was late so I had to accept it.

It’s a heat advisory in St. Louis the room was warm when I got there. I cut the thermostat down and the air came on I thought it would cool off after my shower. I went to sleep and woke up in a pool of sweat and the air wasn’t on . There was a burnt smell

Location

Cleanliness was subpar for the star level rating. At every door exit, despite non smoking signs, guests were smoking. Kids were using the fitness center without supervision. I would not return nor recommend this place.

I requested a 2 bed room, they gave me a king size bed and I had 4 people in the room with me, we had to go to Walmart and get a blow up mattress

The manager at check in was rude and dismissive about an error they made with our rooms.

The room was not clean right the bathroom hd hair everywhere used tissue in the blow dryer bag the fridge had a yogurt left in it the tables wasn’t clean

The price.

No room service, no hand towels and rude customer service.

Cleaning my room stunk real bad and was booked. So no other rooms was available. I was very upset

Front desk couldn’t find my RSVP for while and was a bit rude.

The carpet in the hall near my room was a bit stained but that's it.

I booked this hotel for my son’s 6th birthday so he and his brother could enjoy the indoor pool, but the water was ice cold. They couldn’t swim, and it was really disappointing since that was the main reason we stayed. Felt like a waste of money.

Friendly and helpful staff, close to airport, shuttle, parking.

The airport shuttle drivers were the most friendly staffs of this hotel. All other staff I interacted with especially the front desk staffs seems to be unwelcoming and unfriendly.

Parked at the hotel lot but could not pay for the parking because the system wasn't working hard to wait for 45 minutes before someone had to unlock the system inorder to drive out almost missed my flight.

It was close to the Airport and the Staff was very nice.

There wasn't a microwave in the room and the air conditioner didn't work well. The room door. You could see in the hallway by the handle.

Shuttle service was an important convenience. Staff at the front desk was very impressive.

No draft beer was available at the bar. This was not a big concern for myself but it is the only negative I can think of.

I always like the staff.

The room was not clean. Hair in the bathroom with severely mildew walls I've never experienced there. I'm there every month. Not anymore

Close to the airport and rental car return.

I almost missed my flight because I didn't get my wake-up call as requested at check-in and again prior to going to bed.

I was told when I booked the room that it had room service but I called room service and the front desk for over a hour and finally went downstairs to find that the front desk clerk and bartender weren't really doing anything....but answering the phone
