The location is perfect for this area.
It took over 1hr to get picked up from the airport via shuttle. Then, I had to unload the shuttle to get our bags. The rooms are kind of ran down. The front counter staff was nice.The staff is very limited at this location. They need to hire additional.

The hotel facilities are excellent, the location is great, and the restaurant serves delicious meals.
The hallways were a bit dirty and messy, there were no "Do Not Disturb" signs in the rooms, which led to constant knocking by housekeeping staff for cleaning. The corridors were often noisy with people being rowdy. The front desk personnel were slow in their actions, and they didn't register the names of guests when storing their luggage.
