Great location. Walking distance to NRG Stadium. 15 minutes away by foot.
One of the elevators was broken, and during the night, both elevators ended up being down by the morning. Luckily, we were on the 2nd floor but felt bad for the ones who were on the upper floors. Should've offered some kind of compensation. Also. very hard to park when first arriving. They have an access gate, which is great, but it leaves very little room for when u get there to check in.

Very helpful, friendly staff. Location convenient to the medical center. Clean. Nice to have a living space separate from the bedroom - no door in between the two rooms but they are separated by kitchen area/bathroom so some privacy. Decent hot breakfast included. Plenty of parking (but had to pay for it).
Pool was basic with 6-8 lounge chairs but only 1 side table. Water was greenish. They sent a maintenance guy right away when I questioned the water, and he said it needed chemicals (but if he treated it, we wouldn't be able to use it for several hours) but assured me it was safe to go in. I did with no ill effects. Bed/pillows were okay but not super comfortable, and water pressure in shower almost blew me against the wall - LOL.
