Great location. Excellent breakfast. Works for me.

The location was great. The breakfast was as expected.

Great location, very safe to walk to NRG, nice large rooms, bed and pillows were comfortable and room was very clean. Great breakfast and choices!

Location was great for our needs. Check-in guy was very understanding and accommodating with early check-in. Place very clean and met our needs

Communication between staff/shifts could have been better. For example, we were booked for two nights. When it became obvious we were going to arrive early - about 0900 on the first day - I called to make a booking for the night before and left a specific message to a) make sure it was noted that we were not arriving until the next day at 0900 and b) we get the same room for all booked nights. I called to double check this the night before we were to arrive (the new first night) and was informed by a different staff member that it was ok but that there were two bookings for this new first night, so she cancelled one of them. When we arrived at 0900 as planned, a third staff member could find no record of this and had no clue as to what I was talking about. However, he was understanding, considerate, said there was a room available, and we could check in early anyway. We ended up lucking out as we only paid for the original two nights rather the expected three, but, if we could not have checked in early, we would have to spend hours hanging around till 3. All boils down to communication.

Shower leaked, old furniture that was peeling, visible bad patch jobs

My car was broken into and items were stolen

The location was good for what we needed

There was hair in the bathroom and roaches in the kitchen. I reported it to the desk and all they said is they would report it to a manager and get back with me. I never heard back from them.

Overall it was not bad. Location is good. Breakfast was fine but they can improve by changing some dishes daily.

Laundry didn’t work throughout the stay so we have to go to nearby laundromat. And room phone was not working as well. And they didn’t bother our complaints.
