The location is perfect.
No one filled the coffee in my room.When I checked out at 3:30 am, there was no coffee.

Location was good to get around downtown.
Not easy access from parking lot to hotel. Rooftop bar graduation weekend was way under staffed, long waits to get served. Not the cleanest and not very comfortable. The room was quite and decent but did have a few cleanliness issues.

The location is great and it was mostly quiet, which was nice.
The room really wasn't as clean as I would have liked and for the price we paid, I would absolutely expect it to be. The bed is too soft and the pillows were pretty bad.

The dinner options and the room service options were amazing. The food was great and there was plenty of things to choose from, drinks and food. The location is absolutely perfect and simply the only place to be if your looking for things to do and places to shop. Very great location and if what your looking for isn't right there then its close. Very easy checking in and the staff makes you feel important and that they care. They also have valet parking for the guest which was a added bonus!
If you dont choose the valet parking then you park in the parking garage which is very close by, but it has to be on the third floor or higher up which was a tiny bit inconvenient but honestly still wasnt bad at all.

Downtown location is excellent; the rooftop patio is comfy and has a great views. Parking was only $5 for the night.
No USB plugs for electronics in the guest room. No pool, sauna, or hot tub. No service guide in room: I could not find ice machine and when I called the front desk, the phone was answered after about 20 rings, and I was put on hold for such a long time I finally hung up. The bartender did not know how to make a classic daquiri and had to ask for instructions on a gin martini and a boulevardier.

Breakfast was good. The hotel is beautiful and has a great location to walk to entertainment, good food and shopping
