Worst experience, they manager on duty in night had none knowledge,

Many things we did my like about the stay Manager was in knowledgeable , rooms had food flies and bugs , shower knobs were broken , no cold water , staff was rude , parking was full of garbage and suspicious people roaming around,

We have the closet rack when I put my bag on it completely collapsed.And nobody came to even sweep it up or nothing , they just left all the particle board sitting there 43 days

There is a large gap between the floor and door seal. Could see daylight through it. The conditioner bottle had soap in it. The street sign was non existent.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Bathroom had plenty of towels for my three day stay.

Bathtub corking is either missing or turning black and lamps in room are rusting!

The staff was very friendly

The room had just been cleaned, and it had an overwhelming smell from the cleaning supplies. It was a lot. The security lock was broken off, the tv didn't work, and not all the lights in the bathroom worked.

Everyone there was so nice and love the security! Absolutely will be staying again especially in the summer because grandson wants the the pool

The staff were great and extremely helpful. Unfortunately, we checked in late Friday evening and due to a family emergency, had to check out the next morning and drive back 4.5 hours. The manager was great and understood my situation.

The room was good cleaning this was good this staff was no good I work nights and was told what I was being put on a list where I would not be bothered they put me by maintenanc room and was woke up numerous times by his housekeeping maintenance checking

Bath tub was stopped up couldn't take a bath or shower had spider Web along the wall dusty room hadn't been cleaned in awhile

Close to freeway, but quiet overall. Generally workers but was not loud¿enjoyed a good night sleep. The 2 ladies in the front were attentive and very nice.

That it was clean no roaches like a lot of hotels have non smoking building.

The front desk charged me $50.00 deposit upon check in. When I checked out, they said it would take 3-5 days to refund. It has been almost 3 weeks and many phone calls. I have not received any refund. I may have to go to small claims court? Avoid!

The location was okay but was charged a additional $--- & told I couldn¿t get my stuff because staff went in our room before we was even checked out. I honestly think they was trying to steal .

I checked in late at night but I¿m the morning when I woke up I noticed there were dog hairs on the bed. And I don¿t have a dog. I don¿t think they even changed the sheets and that is really disgusting. I will never stay here again!! I¿m

Hotel employee's are awesome I this is my home away from home due to work so I have to come and stay at least 4 days out of the week maybe 3:00 and every time I come I get the red carpet anything I need anything I asked for no hesitation I love it

No everything is everything meets my expectations the beds are comfortable the pillows are awesome the sheets are white and crisp and clean towels or white and clean not stained I love it

Staff did not have knowledge to complete check-in, waited about 15 min... she did not know something. Room was in a sad shape, broken furniture, bathroom seat was loose, will probably will fall on someone and get hurt, tub is in a very old and bad shape,

I paid on line. When about to check in attendant informed me I would be required to put up a $200.00 deposit. Also informed me that I would get it back 3 to 5 days after check out. This was not acceptable nor was it published on your site.
