My family and I stayed for a concert near by. I paid a large amount to actually stay at this hotel. There were somethings I didn’t know prior to reserving the stay. Key things before you go. The rooms are much smaller than the pictures. You’ll pay 50.00 a day for incidentals. We stayed 3 nights. There is No Available Parking nearby. We paid $39.00 a day To PARK. This was deducted from the incidental charge. While the staff was great, very friendly, the bartender in the evening was really rude. I walked in the lounge and asked when did the lounge close? The bartender mumbled something. I had to ask a patron at the bar “What did the bartender say”? The patron said “He’ll be with you in a minute” I was fine with that but I stood there for 5 minutes when the bartender could’ve said when the lounge was closing. I had to ask the staff at the front desk because I never got a response from the bartender. For the money we spent to stay there, I feel we should’ve been treated way better than this. I can tell you, in addition to the amount to stay at the hotel, bank on spending way more than you’ve planned. The location was great but we’ll think about staying somewhere else.

The location was great. Aly, the Asst. Manager was outstanding
We had to wait 15 minutes for valet parking, 30 minutes to check in because there were only 2 people checking people in. The link to check in early didn't work. The elevators were out leaving us to use the service elevator which left you waiting 15 minutes. Once we got to the room, there was no linen for the pull out bed and there wasn't any heat. The front desk had to put in a work order. Tried to order room service but they refused because the elevators were down. Ordered and went to the hotel restaurant to get the sandwich and waited an hour for it. We checked out before midnight. It was the worst experience I've had a Hilton and being a Hilton honors member, I'm extremely disappointed

excellent location and reasonably priced
they were having a problem with their HVAC. Room was extremely hot. they were nice and knocked 50% off our bill.

Location was convenient to the PPG concert. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean.
Elevators did not function, especially at checkout time, forcing customers to use the stairs and carry their luggage down multiple flights of stairs. Breakfast is not complimentary. Parking was mandatory valet. Room did not have a microwave.

The location was nice because it was close to everything downtown.
Rooms seemed dated and dirty. There was a lot of water damage in our bathroom. The pool area was actually cold and the pool wasn’t very warm. Overall, we just weren’t happy with the condition of the room.
