- Apartment was much bigger than it looked in pictures! Fully equipped kitchen and newly renovated bathroom with reliable hot water. Everything was extremely clean, I think it would be hard to find a single speck of dust. Beautiful lush gardens, friendly and helpful staff, all around peaceful and calming energy. The location is strategic for a stay in Cuenca, just on the other side of the river from historic downtown. I will stay longer next time. In my opinion you won't find a better place to stay in Cuenca.

Cons -
- The host and hostess. The owners left their children in charge for >1month. In that time I was told by the daughter that I shouldnt wake her up for hot water at 1230am. The day before that another tenant left 5 months early because the owners dog, off leash, bit a residences dog the son blamed it on the guest dogs fault. I have filed a fraud report against Otorongo apartments and have moved Nextdoor to Bhatan Venue.
