Location.

Need a better kitchen set up. Get rid of the ceiling mirror! So 1979's and brings the room rating down.

Seven different hotels in seven nights and this staff was the best. The young ladies that checked us in offered to carry our luggage up to our room. Location was wonderful. Resturant was great. Bed was very comfortable.

Room was very basic. Not all of the outlets worked. Not all of the lights worked. Low waterflow from faucets.

Clean room with a great view from the large balcony!

Rooms are on the second floor. No elevator. No signage as to how to check in and only available when restaurant opens at 4.

Location & Quirkiness. It is above a seaside restaurant. BTW the restaurant is excellent.

Lots of broken things in the room. Like doors, clocks, outlet covers, vents.

Beautiful ocean view with private feeling balcony with live music every night. Restaurant below was very good! Would stay again.

Would have liked a small table and chairs inside the room to eat at and a small microwave to reheat leftovers.

The room was nice but was not told it would be on the second floor. The restaurant was delicious.

We were not told there rooms were on there second floor. My handicapped husband had to climb steps.

Staff at bar and restaurant was great.

Yes no elevators no internet service kept cutting in and out. No phone in room had to go down to speak with staff. Area where you go to room floods if it rains and now you need boots to walk up with bag. Kayaks have a whole in them. No pier to fish.

Spacious.

Wifi didn't work. No hair dryer. Weird large mirror above the bed. Staff is not helpful, didn't provide any information regarding wifi password or checkout procedure. Had to toss the keys over a fence.Also, sound proof sucked.

Cleanliness.: Rug at front door had not been washed or even shook. Blinds had not been dusted in months. Decals on headboard and bedside table had not been removed. Dried toothpaste running down front of bathroom cabinet. Poorly repaired room.

Really bad. WiFi, hot water in as inconsistent.

The room had so much potential, once you get over the location. Great view, great shower. the bed just missed the mark. Great place for group on a budget that likes to party.

This is not a resort, it is 4 rooms above a resturant. The Pictures show a nice resort, which is not connected to the resturant. The bed was broken in the middle and we had to sleep on the edges just to some sleep. No return call from Management.

This was perfect for my husband/me but not for everyone. During Hurricane Irma the owner was on CNN-great story. Check out the t-shirts. Grill/Bar/Hotel-1st floor gone. Our room was above the bar (funny). Locals have saved this business.
