Baymont by Wyndham Chelsea

It was very close to the hospital.

The room smelled really stale when I arrived. I needed to extend my stay but they said I’d need to pay the early check in/late check out fee in order to stay in my same room. I found a new hotel.

Very clean, quiet

No towel racks

Manager should be fired. Lousy manager. Terrible customer service. Had roaches so bad they closed the top floor of hotel. Most of the maids quit. Bathrooms need renovating it’s an old Holiday Inn express.

Large room, only a mile or so from Chelsea downtown.

Doors stick open so need extra effort to ensure they lock, limited breakfast options, ended up going out for breakfast.

Friendly staff, good sized room, close to numerous fast food restaurants, and reasonably priced self-serve laundry.

A couple bugs showed up in the bathroom sink.. Pool is temporarily closed for renovation work.

Close to restaurants, good size room, good value for the money.

Breakfast was very basic.

Rooms had been recently renovated.

Paid extra for a room with a whirlpool tub, was not given one at check-in

This hotel is a total dump. The room was gross with a sticky floor, a literal contact lenses stuck to a picture in the bathroom, and a shower that looked like it didn't drian and was dirty, none of us used it. There was a bug in the window sill.....more

Location

Old, out-dated decor. The rooms were out-dated and not well lit, the bed was uncomfortable = did not sleep well at all, the breakfast offerings were crap.

Our room was extremely small and the queen size bed was actually a full. I was thankful that we are small people. Never stayed in such a small room.

Location and price

TV remote, refrigerator, and microwave did not work. Told the desk staff and they did - nothing.

Beds were comfortable and it was clean

The breakfast was terrible. Frozen waffles thawed on a plate to put in the toaster. Only hard boiled eggs, cereal, bagels and bread with a couple of fruits. Orange juice tasted weird.

Curtains were ripped, no ice machine in working order (although the night manager brought some to our room), pool was cloudy

The breakfast was less than I would call a breakfast bar. There was food or something gross on the bathroom sink and the coffee pod still in the coffee maker so I know they dont clean very well!

Relatively inexpensive with friendly staff.

Weve stayed here a few times and its hit and miss if the in room coffee maker is working. It was not on this visit.

When checking in the employee was very friendly and courteous.

the bathroom was dirty, mold around inside of tub, the covers on the beds were short. was going to have the breakfast but the only thing that would have been warm were small frozen waffles everything else was cereal or bread type items.

It was functional, but did not live up to the ratings.

Tub didn't drain. Mold on a variety of shower parts. Shower head looked like it had never been cleaned.

Breakfast was very good, simple and clean. Eggo waffles instead of those messy make your own waffle makers.

The fire alarm (system wide false alarm) went off at around midnight from sleep...very annoying that the system malfunctioned...some guests were terrified.

The room was not clean Room 319. We could not use the toilet in the room. THe toilet sit was broken and did not flush well. The tub drainedWhen we complained to the staff at the front desk ,Bonnie Miller ,She refused to move us or take a look at the room.
