Guest Rating
Very Good
Pros +
- Staff, cleanliness, free washer/dryer, temp control very responsive, close parking, nice kitchenette; everything worked!
- The location was perfect if you are going to the Corning museum. It is also close to the highways, easy to get to.
- super friendly and accommodating service.
Cons -
- Unfortunately, the beds —both the one in the bedroom and the pull-out couch—were uncomfortable. Lousy mattresses and no blanket to pull up overhead to stay warm and cozy. Also poor acoustics in pool area making it loud with all the kids
- It was not the most modern or pristine in terms of ‘newness’, but everything definitely worked and was clean so that was not very important to me that everything appear brand new.
