- Great location to accommodate our visit. Very accommodating to our needs. We arrived in Calgary at a very odd hour. We couldn't find a hotel would give a reduced rate instead of charging for the whole day. This hotel charged for early checkin. Awesome
- Kitchen staff was great

- The hot tub and pool were out of commission which is the reason we booked this hotel after a day biking in lake louise. Staff were not apologetic or care that we were dissatisfied with these elements not working.
- Rooms smelt like musty smoke. Customer service could be better.
- Beds hard and I don¿t believe they were queen size rooms were very warm no ax to help cool rooms off breakfast food was cold other than the toast
