Hotel Theo New Orleans, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

The location was great and the decor was beautiful. The staff was friendly and courteous.

I didn’t like that the sink was holding water and later was told you need to turn the stopper at the bottom so that doesn’t happen. I wish we were told that information upon arrival. The room was beautifully decorated and clean, however, the toilet leaked all through the restroom floor and we had to change rooms.

The location and the modern look of the hotel was nice. We were walking distance from everything New Orleans! Bourbon was a good five minutes to walk to.

I did not like how the staff wasn't very knowledgeable of their jobs or the hotel itself. The incidental fee was ridiculous and you also have to involuntarily pay for a snack voucher that you may or may not use. And the snack and beverage options were awful. Only three kinds of drinks and snacks that no one likes. And the lighting in the rooms were horrible with no outside light available.

Quaint older hotel with updated furnishings and friendly staff. The location was wonderful. We could walk to everything you'd want to do in downtown NOLA and there were tons of bars, resteraunts, diners, shopping, and tourist spots nearby. The price was very affordable for the stay. The bed was also very comfortable, which is rare for a hotel.

It took a while for hot water to come out for showers. Each time we waited for 5 to 10 minutes, but it wasn't the biggest of deals. It's an older building and makes sense.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Checking in was super easy and quick. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The rooms were clean and spacious.

We were under the impression that there was a restaurant and bar, the only food available was the continental breakfast.
