- We wanted a spa and requested before booking the hotel, turned up and no spa, but it says on your website Spa at the hotel. Breakfast that we paid extra for was only for available for adults children had to pay if they wanted to eat.

The parking is ridiculous!! We had to re-key the card for parking 4 times and it still didn’t work. Not to mention you have to back out and drive all the way around and go back in and go back around. The only way we were able to get in and out from
