The location is the only thing excellent about the hotel

Nice location. Nice rooms. Staff very helpful and friendly. Busy location but you are one block from the stadium, so it is to be expected.
Hotel was having issues with elevators the week we were there. The service elevator was out of service so staff was having to use the guest elevators. At times, there was one of the three guest elevators that was not working. Had some money stolen from my personal belongings in my room while there.

The location was great
The walk to the parking garage because vallet was “full” is what we were told. The lack of experience of employees. We were charged twice for the same room after I specifically told the clerk twice it was already prepaid in full. Then was offered a free voucher for parking and breakfast for my inconvenience and was charged 50$ for parking.

Breakfast was great. Nice selection and fresh. Room was very clean.
Hotel store closes to early. Room service wouldn’t bring drinks to the room.

The breakfast was amazing. Friendly staff and service. The food was exceptional. That is why we chose this VERY expensive hotel. Breakfast would have cost us 80.00 $ each day. Our service was over the top! I can’t say enough about them. …5 star
Waiting and waiting on an elevator. Filthy using the stairs. Throw up, just filthy filthy. Paint chipping off the walls in the stair well. Every one had to use the stairs or stay waiting. We waited at least 1/2 hour because stairs are impossible for me due to bad heath. I had to use the stairs because I had no other choice.

The location was great. Very close to baseball park and close to the Gateway Arch.Tried calling to find out if the room was ready. And was put on hold for over 10 minutes. Eventually just hung up.

The location was great. It was walking distance to the arch and the baseball stadium.
Upon getting to our room. There was no shower curtain. The floor had allot of crumbs and needed to be vacuumed. The shower head sprayed everywhere and the tub didn’t drain. There was no venting so after showering the smoke alarm would go off. The ac unit it was very loud and it was either too hot or too cold in the room no in between. There also wasn’t an ironing board and the iron messed up one of my shirts. There were gnats in our room as well. The staff did their best at fixing the issue but it wasn’t resolved. They wouldn’t move us to a new room.
