Fabulous staff. Great service Breakfast was lovely. Outdoor/indoor pool a bonus. Checkin was quick and efficient.

Didn't realise there was a free shuttle to the airport.

Very quiet on the top floor. Balcony allowed us to air out room and provided a nice view. Staff were kind and helpful. Room clean.

Smelled like Raid insect spray for the first night. First room we had to decline due to stained furniture and smell of pet urine.

I was not sure if I would like the location when I first arrived being that it is kind tucked away. But that thought quickly left once I went out for dinner. It was in a very convenient location to everything you might need to access. Everyone was professional and very pleasant. The room smelled a little musty but was very clean. The ice machine on my floor was out of service and hotels are no longer offering microwaves and refrigerator in the rooms any more. The hotel is due for an upgrade but for the price it was very nice. I would recommend it to anyone visiting the atea.

It is a great location. Convenient and close to everything but still tucked away. The place seemed to older, but well kept and maintained.

The staff were, with a few exceptions, not very helpful and some were downright unpleasant. I felt like I was imposing if I needed anything.

Our three-night stay at this hotel was disappointing. From the very beginning, the front desk staff couldn’t provide basic information like the breakfast cost or locate a package that had been delivered for us. Our room wasn’t cleaned for two nights, which is unacceptable for a hotel in this category and price range. On top of that, there’s no coffee maker or complimentary water in the room, and Wi-Fi comes at an extra charge. Most concerning was the unprofessional and dismissive attitude of the manager when we tried to address these issues. Overall, this is a poor-quality hotel that doesn’t offer even the basics you’d expect for what you pay. We do not recommend it.
