Location

No hot water, no food on premises, light bulbs burnt out in room, coffee maker didn’t work, not suitcase stand, no information on tv, no information on how to contact front desk, never called with wake-up call. Horrible experience.

Hotel was a mess. Run down, rooms was not ok. Shower was not operating properly. Mattress did not match box spring size, wrong sheet size on mattress, stains on mattress, had to walk down 7 flights of stairs to lobby as elevator wasnt working but no sign.

No shuttle in return - called 4 times- broke down.

Staff at the front desk was great, she was friendly, professional and very helpful at both check in and check out.

The hot water in the shower took nearly 10 minutes to warm up... it kind of ruined our morning prep.

They delayed check-in, and on the last day, there was no hot water in the shower. When I reported, the Manager did not respond and just said "OK"

The pool was closed for cleaning, the outlets between the beds didn't work and it took a day and a half to get an extension cord from the hotel.

First arrival, the air conditioning was broken. Had to switch rooms. Had a beg for towels. The room was never serviced. Had to take cold showers the room ran out of hot water. The toilet had a hard time flushing. The tub backed up with the water.

Room was dirty, no hot water, pool was closed, shuttle took forever, toilet would run unless I jiggled the handle

The price

It was a noise it the room 482 that buzzed my entire stay thru the wall which made my guest and myself sleep very uncomfortable. It was no parking hardly.

There is a list of things , beds were filthy , no toilet paper , keys didn’t work every night upon return from hospital , soiled linens left in the room , Received a parking ticket

The airport pick

First room that was given to us had not been cleaned, dirty cups, beds not made, towels on floor. Halls looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in some time. Definitely not the quality that I associate with the Wyndam name.

The bed was very comfortable. It had real box springs rather than a wooden box.

Room not ready upon check-in. Broken elevators. Dirty public bathrooms. Grounds/parking lot overgrown with weeds. Sketchy location.

The staff were extremely polite and apologetic I. Regards of hotel being in such a ragged state

Numerous issues arose, culminating in an exceptionally negative experience

breakfast was lacking, many options not working- only one elevator working which broke down, hot tub not working, water damage in many places on ceiling, we were asked to give our room number at breakfast, we asked for an extra towel and had to turn in us

Airport shuttle was a plus. Good breakfast.

Elevator would stop at wrong floors when a floor was selected. Reception staff could be a bit more welcoming. Staff too focused on cellphone.

It could have been cleanier. The Breakfast Buffet could have a few more options. 4 different floors had no working I machine.

The staff was nice. The airport shuttles were on time.

The hotel was a dump. Only 3 floors of six were operating. No soap in the bathroom. Part of the handle fell off the bathroom faucet.

It was clean

Mattress was horrible, springs old and wore out . Mattress springs poking thru .
